Data Visualisation

This project visualizes 15 days of self-tracked data measuring screen time in bed, running, and hours of sleep.

Each day is structured as a vertical bar system, supported by simplified iconography and colour-coded conditions. The repetition allows patterns to emerge quickly: extended phone use corresponds with shorter sleep, while days that include running align with longer rest.

The design balances clarity and personality. Bold colour, consistent typographic hierarchy, and graphic icons transform personal habits into a readable system.

This work treats data as lived experience structured, compared, and made visible through design.
